Technology Assistance

Designated staff members have been trained to assist patrons in the use of various emerging technologies. As staff time permits, we are happy to try to help patrons with technology questions and concerns. Patrons are encouraged to ask for help. To minimize interruptions, in depth assistance may need to be scheduled.

Ask staff about:
• How to request materials from the SHARE catalog
• How to renew materials, check due dates, and view your own account information online
• How to download electronic materials to your ereader, computer, smart phone or other device
• Other technology questions including, but not limited to, file management, help with some programs, email, and printing.
